Public Hearing

            The West Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 7:30 pm, or as soon as agenda permits, at the city offices.

          The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Brett & Kristin Peterson to reduce the rear Public Utility and Drainage Easement on their property at 1306 N 640 West so they can build an accessory structure in the southeast corner of their property. The Peterson’s are asking to reduce the rear (east) easement from 10 feet to 3 feet.  

          All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments or questions may be submitted to [email protected] prior to the meeting.
