This page contains materials related to a concept for development on the west side of West Bountiful (within current city limits and in portions of unincorporated Davis County). As of October 2026, these materials are conceptual and preliminary.
Once applications or formal proposals are made, studies will need to be updated based on the details of those applications (for example, the traffic study will need to be updated based on road designs).
September 23rd, 2026 - A Notice of Intent to File Petition to Annex was submitted to the city for the Providence Property. This application begins the process of annexation into the city of West Bountiful.
This page will be updated to include any applications or proposals if and when they are submitted to the City.
October 2026 Concept Material
The property owners presented an updated concept in October 2026 - this new concept shifts the southern portion of the property to a light industrial use with emergency-only access to future residential properties to the north. The location of a future park is also modified to act as a buffer. The city is still awaiting formal applications for these projects.
