West Side Housing Concept Plan: Thank you to everyone that attended the community meeting on June 29th. Materials from that meeting (presentation and maps) as well as additional documents (preliminary traffic study, preliminary water study) may be found on the city website at: https://wbcityut.gov/west-side-development-concept/ Please note that no applications or formal proposals have been submitted to the city, and that concept drafts evolve over time (for example, the preliminary traffic study refers to the southern area as Bandon Fields while the concept map refers to it as Providence). If formal applications are made, studies will need to be reviewed or re-done based on updated details. If applications or other formal proposals are made to the city, the page on the city's website will be updated.
