January 21st, 2025 - Proposed Rear Yard Setbacks Code Change
A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment considering a potential code change to rear yard setback regulations. The proposed change would allow for main structures that are affected by the curve of a cul-de-sac to encroach into the rear yard setback under certain circumstances.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.

The 660 West Street and Culinary Water Reconstruction Project 2025
Project includes installation of 2,100 ft of new 12” PVC C-900 Culinary Water Line, reconnect services, replace hydrants and abandon existing 6” Cast Iron Culinary Water Line. Remove and replace 6,700 square yards of street section 25-inch depth. Install 1,200 ft of RCP storm drain, 2,400 ft of sidewalk, 4,800 ft of curb and 2,100 ft of 6” PVC WBWCD Secondary Water line, reconnect services and connect to existing main line.

For a non- refundable fee of $30 per printed set, BIDDING DOCUMENTS can be obtained at West Bountiful City Office.
Separate sealed bids submitted to the West Bountiful City Office, 550 N. 800 W. West Bountiful, UT, no later than 11:00am MST on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
