A TEXT CHANGE TO THE CITY CODE
A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed text amendment to the City Code regarding home occupation requirements. The proposed amendment would review and potentially modify existing restrictions on the employment of individuals who do not reside in the home.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to Remington Whiting, City Recorder, prior to the meeting.
