Distance Between Structures Code Change - October 8th, 2024 -
A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment considering a text change in the city code regarding the required distance between structures on the same lot or parcel of land.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
