NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY 2025-2026 BUDGET AMENDMENT

A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding amendments to the FY 26 Tentative Budget. Copies of the budget amendments and other documents are available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours and on the City's website at www.wbcityut.gov.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing.  Written comments may be submitted to City Hall, Attention City Recorder, no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 16th, 2026.

Notice of Public Hearing for an Easement Vacation at 785 W 1300 N

A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a request by Ryan Royall to vacate a portion of the southern public utility and drainage easements on their property at 785 W 1300 N. Mr. Royall intends to build an accessory structure on this portion of the property. The vacated portion will reduce the southern easement from 10ft to 7ft.
