PUD Subdivision Application - May 13th, 2025

A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding an application submitted by Ivory Homes for a proposed 19-lot Planned Unit Development (PUD) Subdivision located on 21-acres on parcels 06-031-0035 and 06-031-0037 at approximately 1600 W and 400 N.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing.  Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.

Request For Proposal

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE AUDIT SERVICES

A financial audit is requested for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The audit must be
performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, as promulgated by the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); the AICPA Audits of State and Local
Governmental Units audit and accounting guide; and the Government Auditing Standards,
published by the Government Accountability Office (GAO). The auditor will be involved in
drafting, typing, and printing financial statements, or the city may choose to create these reports
(see Section E.).

The city does not anticipate a single audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

The financial statements and audit must be completed, and the report issued prior to December 1,
2025. The auditor must deliver 10 paper copies and one electronic copy to West Bountiful City,
who in turn will be responsible for delivering one copy of the report to the State Auditor’s Office
and other mandatory or interested parties.

All proposals must be submitted no later than MAY 22, 2025, 3:00pm.
