Proposed Easement Vacation - 697 W. 1815 N.

A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Weston and Melissa Morley to vacate a portion of the southern and western public utility and drainage easements on their property at 697 West 1815 North. The Morley’s intend to build an accessory structure on this portion of the property. The vacated portions will reduce the western easement from 5ft to 3ft and the southern easement from 10ft to 3ft.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing.  Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to Remington Whiting, City Recorder.

Proposed AIrport Overlay Zone 

A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment considering a proposed Airport Overlay Zone within West Bountiful City.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing.  Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.

Proposed Text Change To The City Code

A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment considering a text change in the city code regarding rear yard setback regulations.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing.  Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
