InsuredProof of insurance is required at the time of the visit Uninsured self-pay flu shot cost$10 children VFC flu vaccine / flumist (6 mo – 18 yrs)$20 Adult flu shot (19 years and older)$75 Adult High dose flu shot (65 years and older)
