Please note that no applications or formal proposals have been submitted to the city, and that concept drafts evolve over time (for example, the preliminary traffic study refers to the southern area as Bandon Fields while the concept map refers to it as Providence). If formal applications are made, studies will need to be reviewed or re-done based on updated details.
