Public Hearing – Historic District

A public hearing will be held electronically via Zoom on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 beginning at 7:30 p.m. by the West Bountiful Planning Commission

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposal to eliminate the Historical Overlay District, WBMC Section 17.24.110. This proposal does not eliminate the Historic District in the City but removes the strict design and building regulations for homes within the District.

A description of the proposal is available for review at www.WBCity.org under the Public Notice tab.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to [email protected]
