DESCRIPTION:            The West Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday\, November 7\, 2023\, at 7:30 pm\, or as soon as agenda permits\, at the city offices. \n          The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Brett & Kristin Peterson to reduce the rear Public Utility and Drainage Easement on their property at 1306 N 640 West so they can build an accessory structure in the southeast corner of their property. The Peterson’s are asking to reduce the rear (east) easement from 10 feet to 3 feet.   \n          All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments or questions may be submitted to Recorder@wbcityut.gov prior to the meeting.
